Is the business pro plan $100 per user a month or $35?
The business pro plan is $100 a month as the base cost which will include the first user. Each additional user is $35 a month. So for two users it would be $135 + tax a month.
What is the Proactive Break/Fix Service included in the PRO plans?
This service included on the home and business pro plans will cover any labor costs for issues that arise. The only cost to you would be for any parts that need to be replaced. The proactive part of this service is that we will be monitoring your systems and will be able to catch issues before they become a problem. This will save you time and money in the long run. Service is provided during normal business hours.
